Never thought these would give such a good result. Cause a little reaction to skin due to sticky patch but must make stopping smoking easy as my husband has smoked all his life (50 Years +) and he instantly stopped

I can say, you have to want to give up smoking for these patches to work because they only take the edge off your craving. After 7 boxes and 7 weeks, I have not smoked in 4 months and I now can say, I’m a non smoker. I would still recommend these.

Long story short :
I used to smoke for 10 years, stopped on my own with a lot of struggle.
Didn’t smoke for 2 years. Now had a stressful time and started again for the last month.
Thought to give these a go when the gum wasn’t doing it for me – fantastic.
Always heard of such a product as a patch but somehow didn’t think it could do anything.
I have been using them for 2 days now (only), but these first ones are always the hardest. Haven’t felt the need to smoke at all. The thought comes, but if you have made the decision to stop – all you have to do is say no and its gone in seconds – because these is no physical sensation/craving that goes along with it.
A week or two of these and it looks like i might kick this thing.
But i restarted again from the mental thought that it might give me some relief – it might not work the same way for people who view smoking differently.
All in all, love it. And fingers crossed for anyone starting to look into stopping! 🙂
