I mix a teaspoon into my milk/protein shakes everyday, for that added benefit. The benefits of colostrum are many, it’s a generic supplement you can take to enhance your milk or nutrition in general. In powder form it is inferior to fresh colostrum, but much easier to obtain and cheaper.
It dissolves and mixes really well in milk, and the taste is unnoticeable, it pretty much tastes like milk. The powder is very shiny and seems to have some kind of crystalised aspect to it, not sure what this means.
One downside is that the tub is very big, it is less than half full, and that’s a lot of plastic wasteage.
Nevertheless, it’s a good powder and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects.

I’ve used Colostrum on and off for years now so was already aware of the potential benefits, I recently did a bone broth fast and incorporated this alongside it daily and found my gut felt amazing afterwards. Colostrum can be one of the more expensive supplements so for one that’s grass fed and offers 100 servings I think this is a fantastic option and way to experience the benefits. It’s not the best mixing of powers so I just add a tiny bit of water initially to give it a really good stir without making a mess. taste wise I find it pretty neutral with a very mild milky flavour. I think the serving size may be on the smaller side so I’ll be experimenting with higher doses personally as I’ve always used more in the past.

I’m pretty new to colostrum, my wife talked me into it. For sure I prefer the powdered one to the capsules because I like the taste. It’s malty and tasty and it doesn’t dissolve particularly well, so it’s best to leave it for a while so that it can fully dissolve. I found that when I stirred it, it stuck to the spoon and I ended up with lumps of it on my spoon. I also dose it at the teaspoon and drink water or coffee to it.
If you’re not familiar with it, the bovine colostrum comes from a mother cow in the first few days following the birth of a calf. It contains these nutrients that help new-born calves thrive (antibodies, growth factors, cytokines, etc). So taking bovine colostrum can boost the immune system, improve gut health, and promote muscle growth. As for the price, I’ve been buying colostrum from various brands and I know its not a cheap thing.

This is a high quality colostrum powder with no other additives.
Bovine Colostrum provides really useful nutrition and is quite beneficial to the gut and immune system so this can also be very useful for the human gut and immune system.
You get 100 servings of 1500mg (1.5 grams) which you can mix in water or milk. It does take a little bit of mixing but eventually it mixes well. Even in water the taste is pleasant if you enjoy a milky taste. I think this works better than having capsules. Overall this is a nice product though I am not sure how they say this is 100% grass fed if it is made in the UK as with the weather in the UK, cows are not able to be grass fed all year round.
