I have been taking Omega 3 Fish Oil daily since it was recommended for my mum for her heart health. I think we can all benefit from it so I now buy for all my family. The only downside with these is that they are quite large capsules and sometimes I find the fishy taste repeats on me!
I only buy supplements from Nutravita now as their customer service is fantastic!

I don’t know fish oil yet, I can’t say how it works, it’s probably good, but it’s not clear how it benefits the body.

Great product and value for money – the tub is huge. I hate eating fish, hence the reason for this purchase. There is a slight fishy smell but can only really smell it if you put your face right up to it. Other than that, great – doesn’t leave any fishy aftertaste which I was worried about when taking these.
