These Omega 3 capsules don’t have any unpleasant fish flavour or smell, unlike some varieties, which makes taking them easy. They appear to be a good quality product. They were delivered timeously and I can recommend them.

Although I have not been diagnosed as yet, I have developed joint pain this last few years and have been taking a double dose of these since then.
So that’s around 4g of fish oil equalling 2.2 grams of EPA & DHA per 4 capsules. This is the higher dose recommended for those with arthritis which is upto 3 grams daily of EPA/DHA but since I’m 6’2″ and of heavy build I figured I need that little bit extra. So 4g instead of 3g. This has been studied repeatedly in various studies, the higher dose seemed to work better for those with joint pain and arthritis or similar compared to the placebo group.
“Wow they really they work wonders.. As I found out 2 weeks ago when I had run out for around a month, and kept waking up to terrible pain and rather stiff in my elbows and some in my knees. And when taking them as if by magic virtually all the pain is absent without the need for any pain meds or anti inflammatories.
They also have many other heath benefits and I feel in particular they really get my brain going and able to think a lot clearer and faster with a high dose of omega 3’s. Kind of like brain super food..!
As to the brand, this version they produce I compared and calculated it was the cheapest cost ratio of £’s to EPA & DHA that I could find out of around 15+ products without resorting to unknown or barely known brands. Their purity process and guarantee is reassuring too considering all the toxic chemicals, mercury, plastics and god only knows what else that is dumped into the oceans and seas by most of the world’s industries.

I have been using these for sometime now and I always reorder as they make such a difference to how I feel. I can not recommend these highly enough. You certainly will not regret your purchase. Nutravita products are far superior to any high street supplements.
