The only one I’ve found that has a capsule not made from bovine gelatine. Others say suitable for vegetarians and vegans but on the ingredients section it has bovine gelatine. It doesn’t have a funky smell and the capsules are small compared to other ones I’ve seen. 180 capsules for that price is good. Can be used as part of a Halal diet. Would recommend and will definitely keep buying.

I feel very confident with this product as ref. giving my body the highest available absoprtion levels of Omega 3 and love the very pleasant ‘lemon lift’ taste after taste. really does strike me every time!

The shell is a bit hard and sometimes it’s difficult to swallow but overall It has good amount of DHA and Omega for the price.

I’m a regular 30 year old adult male. The tablets have good effect, no problems swallowing dry but probably should use water, if I burp within 10 mins of swallowing there’s a hint on lemon, as if I’d eaten a lemon and poppyseed muffin from a coffee shop. Kind of pleasant in all honesty. 5 stars.

I was taking some Omega 3 oils that were well over 2 years old that someone gave me, anyway after doing some research, I found out that after they expire they lose a lot if not most of there potency. Any way because of a number conditions I have such as ADHD the 2 supplements I cannot do without are Omega 3 and Magnesium. When I took my fist 2 tablets this morning the effects were instant and profound. My dry and sore eyes were immediately restored and so were the aches and pains that I felt from low serotonin levels. For some reason Omega 3 is so important for me. I also heard listening to a podcast with Rhonda Patrick that it’s an idea to keep your Omega 3 oils in the fridge for longevity. I would Be interested to know what the manufacturer says about that. Anyway the product seems incredible!!

I really struggle taking tablets/capsules. It’s been near impossible for me to find a high strength of omega-3s until i stumbled across these. For the dose, they’re in such a smaller capsule and it’s been so much easier for me to take. They’re very firm but if you leave one out for a couple of hours they become softer, again making it so much easier to swallow. Don’t really smell, great strength levels. Can’t recommend these enough.
