I normally don’t write reviews but I felt like I should with this product. The tablets don’t have any flavour at all so you don’t need to worry about that. And I think for the price, you do get quite a lot. Personally, I find the pills very easy to swallow but that may just be because I’m used to taking larger sized tablets anyway. For people that aren’t used to taking bigger tablets, I can see how it may be a bit intimidating. Even so, they go down quickly and easily.
I also found that with taking one tablet before exercise (then one after) I was able to do my exercises for longer. I even managed to do my first ever press up.

So I was skeptical that My body would respond well to this supplement. For background info, I have lifted weights for 16 years.
After three months of usage, I gained 15 solid pounds weight. My arm size went from 16.5 to 18. My overhead press went up every week, 1RM is now 45 pounds more. Thats insane!!! That would usually take two years.
I’m bigger than I have ever been, stronger than ever. My girlfriend now wants me to stop because I look too big.
Best supplement ever, and I only take two a day.

They are what you I expected and wanted o don’t have any complaints other than they are very big and not too comfortable to swallow initially. What works for me is to have a drink first to open up my throat, then immediately put pill in and take a large drink of water but fill your mouth with it and swallow all at once and the pill should just float down. Had a feeling of the pill being lodged in back of throat before and feeling the soreness of it and wanted to gag however just take another drink and wash it down

Used to be the best creatine for the price now its just extortion. So you change the bottle slightly and add £40 onto the price 🤔
