It’s Whey Protein. I’ve used a Whey Protein before. Some kind of version like this, but I had chocolate instead and I think I prefer the chocolate on the occasion I used the powder for. Maybe if I used the powder for the reasons intended, then I will like it better. For the most part, does what it says on the tin and tastes very nice. I’d definitely recommend especially if you like Strawberry.

I’ve tried the different flavours and normally I’m a chocolate fan but in this product strawberry is the best. It’s like having a delicious milkshake. Sometimes I add a bit of skimmed, ice and strawberries. Very tasty. It isn’t too sweet either.

Only 4 as the taste is not as good as white chocolate and raspberry. I sometimes have to stomach this, especially when I have it with normal milk rather than my soya milk. Always good quality with optimum nutrition, but taste is not as good as others
