Food is always the best source of any nutrients needed but this is just easier to get a lot of protein. I can go without it, but the taste is soo good that’s feels like a treat with a bonus protein.

Scoop was a tad hard to find as it was pushed in the middle quite deep so had to do some digging

The protein shake tastes great with water, even better with milk if you want to bulk up.
It is the smoothest protein powder I have ever had.
Only downside is that it is on the higher end in terms of price. However, once I started using this protein, I haven’t gone back to any of the competition!

I’m quite picky when it comes to protein flavours but damn that peanut butter aftertaste is really good. It mixes well and money wise is ok.
