I have dry eye disease and I use drops two to three times a day. I bought these nighttime gel drops thinking that the effect of hydration would be better than the normal daytime ones. I found that for me, this wasn’t so. They seem to be no different all be it that they are a gel formula. I use the Optrex daytime dry eye formula drops that I find are fine for my daytime needs and I also use them at night. The higher cost of the nighttime gel drops seems to be a waste of money not working any better. This is my opinion only and you may find it different and ok for your needs.

I love these! They provide instant, soothing relief for my dry, sore, and sometimes, streaming eyes and after repeated use leave them better for quite a few days without my having to use them at all. Other eye drops I have tried give seconds of relief and don’t improve my dry eyes at all but these are amazing! Because of the consistency your eyes will be a bit blurry for ten mins or so after, so you have to wait for that to go off, but that’s just the soothing, cooling liquid taking time to ease away and I just lay back and enjoy the amazing soothing feeling! The bottle is a bit fiddly and yes, I too get drops on my face, but I don’t care! I love these and will use for as long as they exist!

Why is there no nozzle on the bottle? I can’t work out where to squeeze it to put the drops in. I’ve missed a few times – a terrible design!
The drops themselves are just – ok. Can’t really tell much difference. Not my best purchase
