This seems to be a very popular supplement at the moment, with emerging information suggesting beneficial effects on cognitive function. The pot is security sealed, but doesn’t have a child proof lid. The capsules themselves are quite large, but actually I didn’t find them difficult to take. There is no significant smell or taste. It’s too soon to notice any clinical benefits, I can only state that I noticed no adverse reactions. The pot contains 30 capsules which is enough for one month at one per day. Good value at £8.90

Well sealed small bottle. Normal sized capsules with no aftertaste and a good expiry date.
Lions Mane is great for helping memory and focus, as well as rebuilding nerves so it’s a must have supplement for those with neuropathy as it may help ease that condition.
There’s only a months supply but only 1 a day is needed where other brands need to take 2 or 3 capsules, so I like there’s only 1 capsule to take. Organic and suitable for vegans, and a reasonable price for a good quality supplement.

As I working with computer and people, sometimes I was feeling drained and sleepy at work. After using lions mane for almost two weeks now I can definitely recommend it. I don’t feel sleepy, and even I have more energy, I feel like I’m more concentrated at work and not only. Absolutely love it. Plus it’s a good size to swallow with glass of water. My partner also decided to get it for himself as even he can see the difference ir my mood and energy.
