I understand people may be using potassium for cramps or gut health but my reason was cellulite . I had seen many videos and blogs about this so I gave it a try !!!! I have noticed a marked reduction in cellulite ( I used the same moisturisers and changed nothing else & my workout routines stayed the same ) I’m 40 and struggled with cellulite all my adult life : used many creams etc this is the only intervention that has reduced the appearance ( not gone but much better )

If you are fasting you would need to take 4 of these caplets per day to hit your required potassium intake. The caplets are huge and uncoated, so they are quite hard to swallow. Worse than say a large cod-liver oil caplet. Those are large by caplet standards, but they are smooth and squishy, whereas these are hard and gritty, like swallowing a bar of salt. They start to burn on the way down too, which is not a good sign.
I ended up binning these and the other brand I tried. Instead, I have found that dissolving potassium salt (NuSalt or NoSalt on Amazon) into something like stock, which already has a high sodium content, gives me a full day’s sodium and potassium in the correct balance. It’s also much cheaper (by a factor of about 6). You could even make something similar to ORS (without the sugar) for water fasting.
All in all, these are about the second worst supplement I’ve yet come across, with the bottom spot being occupied by the other brand. These do at least get points for being easier to swallow than those and having a higher potassium content. But if you’re looking for an easy way to supplement your potassium, this is not a good way to go about it.

This supplement seems to do it’s job much better than cheaper supplements of potassium I’ve tried sold on Amazon, but without the nasty salty taste or nasty side effects of the cheaper products.
However you do need to take 2 a days so it is a little misleading on the dosage hence dropped a star , via the advert at fist glance it’s not 3 months supply if you have to take 2 a day.
I’d recommend spacing them out. Definitely worth around what I paid £11.99 is ok but a higher price than that would definitely have me looking at alternatives.
Would I recommend them yes. I’ve not had any issues with them falling apart like some reviews have said touch wood.
I’ve not had any tummy upset or awful tastes I’ll update my review when I’ve been on them longer to see if they have any better impact on my blood pressure etc.

I work at a pick rate and found potassium in the form of the common potato (like my pc) my pick rate improved by 30% and without potassium had reversed and my endurance suffered.
If your manual and go to the gym like me the best thing to try that is missing are electrolytes I hope these supplements can Herold the same improvement.
I think that electrolytes are the best thing in reducing weight as foods do not provide these in abundance and ‘my’ proof is in the pudding as far.
I found that the supplement has helped with relaxing the tendon in the ear improving hearing and reducing tinnitus and I must add, with HTP-5 helps me in the form of improve my levels of serotonin, which has reduced my libido and increased my test and improved mood, sleep, which will help in the gym although this by me cannot be totally formally substantiated.

I have tried about 4-5 brands before and this one looks like the best
However, I can only give it 4 stars as they are very difficult to swallow. In fact, every time I have them, I choke on a pill and makes me gag.
If you could use the usual film coating on them, then I would give 5 stars.

It appears to be a good product. The tablets are on the large size but easy to swallow with enough water. I keep coming back to buy more whenever we finish the bottle.
