Saw some reviews where customers stated after as little as a few months the pillow seems were tearing, I intended on buying pillow protecters anyway. Happy with them, cheap, soft but not too soft, they feel supportive and 1 pillow is enough for me, in 6 months time? Who knows, but the last pillows I bought I paid extra for better quality and they started to smell after a few months, never had pillows do that before, so cheap is not necessarily a bad thing.

got this ones as i am suffering from a severe allergy. Despite been very well made, and very soft i found a bit to high for my neck and hard to sleep. didn’t return as i will be using as a second pillow when reading but for now not for sleeping. hopefully i will adjust.

I have tried many pillows and its safe to say thease are the best I’ve ever brought, they are breathable, cosy, plump and allot of bounce back in them, they are also very quiet which helps for a good night’s sleep.

These pillows have so much unfulfilled (literally) potential.
They are dreamy soft and give enough support (at first) and a really lovely pillow. I like the anti allergy effect and I don’t suffer from an itchy runny nose in the night with these.
HOWEVER there is a pillow darkside.
I have normal sized pillowcases and pillows have always fitted and filled them even other silent night ones. These have a gap of about five inches at one end and are shorter than any other pillow I have ever bought. The actual pillow inside does not even fill the cover on the pillow itself, if you hold it up by the end there is loose fabric and it is understuffed.
After a month they are very flat and starting to bunch a bit in places. They are still very soft and have a lovely feel but take more and more shaking each time to try to fluff them up to their previous not particularly plump, plumpness. When I lie on it now my head is about an inch off the bed.
It’s a real shame. These pillows could be so great. They could be the best pillows ever. But the stinginess with the pillow stuffing in both length and thickness makes these for me at least a waste of money and they will be going back. Who wants to be constantly wrapping around a flap of empty pillow case under a pitifully short pillow? Not me.
Also ….. I bought these on Prime from Branded Bedding. When I contacted them to say there was a problem and to tell them what the issues were, first they wanted photos (which is fair enough) but then told me the pillows would have to be returned for inspection before a refund was given. If upon inspection the pillows were not found to be faulty no refund or replacement would be forthcoming and they would just return the pillows to me. I didn’t fancy using pillows that have been sent away for inspection so needless to say I wasn’t impressed with this. The customer service emails from BB were also short, to the point and completely unapologetic. Just something to be aware of……. I ended up getting a refund through Amazon thankfully. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way.
