I have a frequent problem with pain, cramp and trapped gas (sorry!) which can make my life miserable. This stuff actually works quite quickly to stop an attack. It doesn’t taste great but it seems to be more effective than anything else I have tried so far over the years.

Not keen on the taste but it is very effective and makes my husband’s condition more manageable. Simple to use.

My how this stuff changes lives, bought it for my partner who has a very long history of IBS etc. She is now to one a day and totally changed all the internal problems gone and reactions to certain foods reduced or gone…so good to find somthing that actually delivers after all this time and is also natural and not a bunch of nasty chemicals.

Tried this for the first time, almost immediately I felt relief. I have recently been diagnosed with gastric erosions, I can hardly believe how quickly this has worked for me therefore I can highly recommend in my experience anyway.

it does what it says and good for moderate gastrointestinal symptoms. but if you have severe IBS, cramping and diarrhea, than it doesn’t do much. it’s good for prevention before or after a heavier meal or if you have reflux. for reflux it is really excellent. and it settles your stomach after vomiting and helps calm your insides after diarrhea. but doesn’t help with cramping or intense pain. it’s good as part of a treatment plan.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product but I used it when I went to India . On several occasions I felt I would vomit especially when travelling and after eating a few different foods so I used this product and I was fine . Definitely settled my stomach .
