I bought these for my other half, as his snoring was driving me nuts. He had been using them for a couple of weeks and they seemed to work, but one morning he took a strip off and it ripped some of the skin from his nose. I don’t know if it was a ‘dodgy’ one, but he was not happy……

I except it may not “cure” everyone’s snoring but my wife is very pleased. I apparently snored loudly every night, 7 days since purchase and i am told i have not done it once since using the strips. Took a few nights to get used to the strip stuck across my nose, but don’t even notice it now.

I have trouble breathing through my nose and snore sometimes at night, these strips do help
alot and have made a difference to my situation. The nose strips widen the nostril which helps with air getting up the nose. I have had no problem with them sticking at night or taking them off in the morning, just follow instructions. This is the third month of using them and I will carry on ordering them.

Majority of the time stays on the whole night

Really pleased with the performance of these. They’re very easy to use, just peel off both backing papers and apply to the bridge of your nose and smooth down the sides. It’s easy to huddle where to place the strip – they backing papers peel from the middle of the strip, so you can just position it from there.
I’ve bought other nasal strips which have inevitably pinged off at one side during the night. These stay out – and I mean stay put. The one downside is, while the sides are easy to remove, the bit across the bridge of the nose can be a little uncomfortable – just be brave and whip it off quickly! I can safely say, I’m not going to have blackheads if I use these.
I accidentally bought the large ones. They’re probably more suited to a man, I found them a little long, so I’ve ordered the medium.
They’re very good value and definitely do the job.

fit is good – stick is good – not problems with removing just don’t whip them off or your bound to leave marks just like any plater.

Helps a lot with breathing. Won’t stop throat snoring ????. I personally sleep better and snore ???? less with these.
