The SlimFast 7 Day Ready To Go Kit, has been a game-changer in my weight loss journey. From the moment I received the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity it contained. The options provided a sense of variety and relief! Knowing that I could have a snack throughout the day worked perfectly with my routine. One of the aspects I appreciated about this kit was the convenience it offered. The ready-to-go nature of the products meant I didn’t have to spend a lot of time planning and preparing snacks. It was especially helpful during busy days when I needed something quick, tasty, and nutritious. While the kit has been effective for me, I must mention that the instructions could have been clearer. Initially, I found myself occasionally confused about what to eat and when. A more straightforward guide/chart would have been greatly beneficial. On a positive note, I’m thrilled to report that I’ve lost 2lbs in one week. This is a significant accomplishment for me.

Tasty and smooth. The bottles provide around 1/3 of your daily micro nutrients, but are fairly small, so I recommend if you have a bigger appetite then try to drink plenty of water about 30-60mins before so you feel more satisfied when you drink it.
No mixing required.
I’ve enjoyed it with mixing some instant coffee into it to make a cold mocha, and its tasted quite nice doing that and gets me my caffeine fix in the morning. But they are more expensive than buying powder and mixing yourself. They taste best when chilled, but still okay when not.

I haven’t noticed a massive difference but only been on these for a week, had previously tried the tubs in the last and their awful. The ready made shakes are so much nicer, my favorite is cookies and cream and I also buy banana. The strawberry ones tasted strange but maybe would taste better chilled in the fridge?. Very happy with these I’m able to manage my portions, I have these for breakfast and lunch and have my main meal, their a little expensive but I guess no more expensive than if I was buying my meals for breakfast and lunch. Also convenient for on the go!
