I’ve heard very good reviews about Solar supplements, so decided to try it as well. Cannot comment on how effective it is, because it’s only been a few weeks since I started taking them. But I can say that they don’t have chemical smell or taste. So happy so far

Large pills and very adherent to the mucosa are therefore difficult to swallow. To take all 3, you need a large glass of water so that it doesn’t get stuck in your throat. And take 1 at a time!

Good value for money, but the tablets are huge and I have trouble taking tablets at the best of times! I take them with food to help swallow. Hopefully my bones will be strong as I go into menopause, and they help with PMT too. 🙂

I was cutting these tablets in small pieces to help myself swallow easily but I was actually making it worse as the powder inside was sticking to my throat. Once I stopped the cutting, I could swallow the whole tablet no problem. I don’t know about the benefits yet but it’s a good brand so I trust them.

I can’t remember if I reviewed this product before, but I swear by this stuff! I have been using calcium and magnesium for well over thirty years, first of all for PMS symptoms, particularly mood swings, and later through the menopause. I believe the magnesium is the key ingredient in affecting the moods in the brain, but should not be taken by itself in case it causes an imbalance in calcium in the body. The ratio of 2 to 1 in these Solgar tablets is exactly right, according to my research. I take one per day every day of my life. If I do not I go down into depression very quickly. An added bonus is that my mother had severe osteoporosis, and two of my daughters who were tested, also showed signs of osteoporosis, but my test showed that I did not have it. So, win, win. My daughters take it as well, now, by the way. So from the day I started taking these tablets, I have been a very happy soul – well most of the time! Very much value for money. I mean, what would you pay for good mental health?
