As you can see from the picture broke my fibula. Took these tablets and they worked so well I formed bone in between my fibula and tibula and had to have another surgery to remove it! So for me did more hard than good but that’s my fault they seem awesome to me and my friend who also had a tub them.

Good quality supplement with superior calcium and magnesium formulations – you’re not just buying chalk or magnesium oxide which can upset the gut. Also contains important co-factors for bone health such as boron, D and K2. However, the pill is very large and not coated in a smooth layer which would have made it easier to swallow.

Well, I have confounded my consultant. I have been taking four of these tablets daily now for about a year and my bone density has increased by 3%. This is an amazing improvement and he simply said “whatever you’re doing, keep doing it”. I tried prescription drugs many years ago and felt ill on them, so decided to help myself holistically (I am an holistic therapist after all!) I also do running and weight bearing exercises and try to eat healthily too. The bottles I receive have different labels on them but as far as I can see, the contents are the same. They are very large to swallow but I have no difficulty in swallowing them with a large gulp of water each time. I always take them with food, two in the morning and two in the evening. The main key is ‘consistency’ and you must take them daily. For me, and my consultant, I am his baffling success story, but he’s slowly coming round to the fact that drugs are not always the answer! Found these are brilliant, ticking all the right boxes and needed to reorder again. I had stocked up with several bottles just over a year ago when I found some being sold by Amazon (EU S.a.r.L.) at £13.76 for 120 tablets. I’ve just clicked on the Amazon reorder option in my list of previous orders and the price comes up at £34.99! The cheapest I can find listed on line now are at Holland and Barrett for £24.99! Either option is a colossal increase!!!

I mean these are massive. Like horse pills and you should take 4 per day. Alas they’re about the best I could find and all others that have similar ingredients in are as large. If you have low bone density etc, best to just buckle up. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I’m staggered as to why Solgar are adding bulking agents?? Totally unnecessary. Beware, this is a big bottle and lasts only for one month!

I have been taking this supplement since I was diagnosed with thinning bones so I know that this product is excellent and agrees very well with me. No side affects.
I was however, very dismayed and stressed that I may have to send these bottles back to seller as the product was not called ultimate bone support!
It came with a Bone Support sticker but the name on the actual bottle was Advanced Calcium Complex and not information to describe the difference or non difference was included with the packaging.
As I was completely out I have started taking them in hope that they are indeed the same under a different name.
