I suffer with delayed gastric emptying and read online that digestive enzymes could help. I decided to but Solgar ones based on the Amazon reviews and have been very pleased with my choice. I take a half, 3/4, or up to one tablet whenever I eat depending on the size of the meal. I tend to have very small meals, hence only taking half-3/4 of a tablet, rather than the one while tablet per meal as in the directions. They have definitely helped with my digestion as food no longer sits in my tummy for ages after eating, which has helped get rid of the tummy bloating and indigestion I used to experience after eating. They are mint flavoured and pleasant to chew.

After years having difficulty with digestion, suffering terribly with indigestion, heartburn and bloating, these have made an incredible impact on my life. I had been limiting my diet so much and now I can eat some of the foods that I’ve missed so much, all without discomfort and pain. Have used Solgar vitamins and supplements for years and I know they work but these have amazed me.

It seems completely thoughtless by a company like Solgar to add Peppermint when this aggravates people suffering from GERD/Acid Reflux, ironically the people who would otherwise benefit most from digestive enzymes. Keep up with the research and change your supplements once in a while.
I just wasted money on a product of 250 tablets I won’t be able to take.

only thing I’d say is to use a drink to help swallow, can leave unpleasant taste otherwise. started using this primarily to help my body absorb more protein from shakes and meals as well as deal with heavy carbs

I’ve tried several brands of digestive enzymes over the years and this works the best for me.

Simply – they work! No more digestive bloating, went down a dress size now since I don’t have to worry about bloating after dinner.

I’m always a but skeptical of these sort of things, but since I’ve had my gallbladder removed some fatty things make me feel a bit sick. These seem to be helping

Was recommended by a nutritionist following a food intolerance test. OK you may also have to adjust your diet; but I have not had acid for the last six months. So maybe not the only reason; but it has helped; and better than taking antacids.
