Love this stuff, teamed up with local honey and I’ve had the best summer I’ve experienced in a while. Very minimal allergic reactions apart from a scratch throat when pollen is extremely high. This works!

I recently tried the Sterimar Hayfever and Allergy Relief Nasal Spray and while I was initially impressed with the product, it unfortunately did not work for me in the long run.
The water-based formula is gentle and non-irritating, which is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate that it is drug-free and made with natural sea water, which makes me feel better about using it regularly. The spray is easy to use and provides quick relief from allergy symptoms such as congestion and sneezing.
However, after a few days of use, I found that the spray was no longer effective in relieving my allergy symptoms. While it may work well for some people, it simply did not work for me in the long run.
Overall, I would recommend giving the Nasal spray a try, it may work well for some individuals. However, it’s important to keep in mind that it may not work for everyone and that individual results may vary.

Anyone who suffers from hay fever will have tried many products .. I have come to the conclusion that nasal sprays and an anti histamine tablet work best for me. I use this first thing in the morning and it does cut down on that awful tickling . It comes running right back out ( which it is supposed to do) so be ready with a tissue !

Worked quite well , didn’t do a lot for my hay fever symptoms but does help clean the nose and calm irritation.

When I finally got the lid off and found how to use the spray , I was pleased with the result . The lid gets easier to remove and I found tipping my head back further , while using the spray I had relief from a blocked nose .
