I bought this to get back in track after having my baby. I am not obese, just needed to tackle belly fat & tone after pregnancy.
After finding out that they have discontinued my favourite weight loss pills I went ahead and bought this for double the price, I have been using them for over a week with an intense routine & strict diet, they do work but not as well as previous ones, they make me pass more stools & stop me from eating as much (not extra strong @ curving appetite), the first 2 days taking them were awful (I started with 1 pill twice a day & build up eventually), felt nauseous all day & gave me headache (ok now). While training I noticed I was sweating more than usual, also they don’t kick in straight away, gotta start training before you feel the power =o
This pills are not magical (there is no such thing) they are to be used with excersise and diet. NO PAIN, NO GAIN!
I have lost weight but I give most credit to the effort I put into it, this pills have helped me a bit. Just a personal review, remember we are all different. What works for me might not work for you or vice versa. Good luck!

I am a Brazilian jiu jitsu professor and competitor who has always struggled with weight management. Although I am a natural heavyweight, I need to ensure I am lean and have a high level of cardio to maintain rigorous training and I find that when in a camp pre-tournament the T5 hardcore provide a great appetite suppression to aid dieting and fasting regime as well as the “get up and go” to attend training 4-5 times a week outside of a very busy day job.
Currently, I am returning to training after a break to recover from another orthopaedic surgery so have kick started my strict diet and training with T5 Hardcore to help me in the process. 12kg loss target to return to competition weight which I am confident will be easy enough supported by T5 Hardcore to aid my dieting and training schedule.
