Honestly I’ve used a few supplements in my time and after suffering from lack of energy these seem to do the trick, Just make sure you are consistent and they should kick in after a few days ????????

I starting on 1 pill a day , after a couple of days my side started to blister, so stopped taking them and the blister rash went away
So retook them again and the rash appeared again
They gave a lot of energy and felt really good shame I had a allergic reaction

As always with these kinds of products, it is hard to know how to spot signs of the product working, as you are either 1) actively trying to improve your health and wellbeing through lifestyle choices and exercise or 2) not actively trying to improve your health through lifestyle choices and exercise.
So if you are #1 chances are you will be feeling good anyway just looking for that extra edge to your training or libido, whatever it may be, which makes it hard to know which are effects of the product or effects of your own choices etc.
Whereas #2 will not find the product useful regardless as they are not actively trying to improve anything so this product won’t solve everything for them, thus seeming ineffective.
I’m going to say I believe that I can feel a small but noticeable improvement I my focus, endurance and determination when taking this product, but I am training hard so will be improving from that naturally also. As I said, small but noticeable gains can be achieved from this product if you are living the correct lifestyle for its intended purposes.
