Had contemplated tart cherries to aid my very longstanding sleep onset issues for a long time, but was rather skeptical. However, frustration led me to try anything that might help.
Delivery via Amazon Prime meant I had my order very quickly.
I was unsure how the product might affect me so waited almost a week before trying for first time when I knew I did not have an early start next day.
I was extremely impressed from night one! I took 2 capsules at 8pm, by 9.30pm I could hardly keep my eyes open!! And this effect continues to date. I do think in time I could reduce my nightly dose to 1 capsule as the benefits this product has had to my overall quality of life have been immense. I feel significantly more rested, in better spirits, more able to cope with life and generally brighter. Wish I’d discovered this product years ago!
If low melatonin levels are the root cause of sleep issues, there’s a high possibility this product may work for you too.

Due to medication I have to take I have been waking every night about 45 minutes after falling asleep, with a very dry mouth, forcing me to take a sip of liquid, and that in turn brings on a trip to the loo. After falling asleep again I then wake again after another 45 minutes and this repeated throughout the night – and has done for years. despite my trying many recommended so-called sure-fire cures, So it has come as somewhat of a surprise that almost from the first night of taking the Cherry Go Max capsules I have been getting about four hours of good sound sleep before waking, and then only waking once or twice again. in fact I have had to cut down the dose from two to one capsule, as I was starting to get sleepy during the day.
I am incredibly impressed with the performance, and even better it is by far the cheapest product that I have tried. I will shortly be replenishing my supply, and friends of mine are intending to purchase also, based on the success that I have had. It really does work wonderfully. I definitely wholeheartedly recommend the product.

I tried these as I’d heard they help you get to sleep better as Montmorency cherries contain Melatonin, & I’m a shift worker so my sleep pattern is all over the place. I’ve been taken them for a couple of months now & can say definitely say that I sleep better, in that I’m less likely to wake up during the night like I did before I took these ( 2 caps an hour before bed). They don’t leave you feeling groggy in the morning & not noticed any other side effects, they are a natural product so don’t feel like I’m popping nasty chemicals into my system. So whether it’s mind over matter or not , I still recommend giving these a try if your a restless sleeper.

Have a painful shoulder joint which reaches across my back and finding over time it is getting somewhat better with these capsules. Have not been taking it too long but think over a longer period of time it will get rid of the pain completely and once I have used up this first amount will be re-ordering.
Update: been taking for a while, pain reduced nicely but found since having my gallbladder removed not everything runs smoothly and got some recurring body blotches which is also a problem when eating some foods. Bit of a mystery and the only thing I can do is avoid the trigger items till blotches vanish. Could be tied to my IBS or Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver which is still in recovery since the gallbladder came out. If not for the unsightly blotches would re-order but do not want to have to cope with covering up all the time. Otherwise a very good natural product.

I have waited until I had taken an entire ‘course’ of Cherry Go Max before drawing any conclusions. I now feel that I have reached a view on the efficacy of the product for me.
I had fairly painful gout, and had been in pain constantly for a couple of months. I then started a course of Cherry Go Max.
First – These are not pain killers, and did not have an immediate effect of any kind. After taking for several days, there was no discernible reduction in pain.
After about 10 days, I noted that I was in pain, but it wasn’t the sharp debilitating pain I had grown used to. Still not great though.
After a couple of weeks, I noticed I could actually forget the pain for short periods, I could walk more easily.
After 3 weeks the pain was a minor irritant, and could be forgotten for long periods.
After the entire course, the pain has gone. I no longer need pain killers, there is no noticeable inflammation.
Obviously, one person doesn’t constitute a medical trial, and there is always the chance that something else has reduced my symptoms. After months of pain, it seems too much of a coincidence that Cherry Go Max hasn’t played some part in this turnaround. I have bought more.
