It is hard to say what the tablets are like. The service was excellent and the product looks good. The jar that they came in excellent very clear instructions. Easy to swallow. You never know if they are doing you any good or not, but I’m quite happy

The tablets arrived yesterday and they are for myself . I took the first one today with my dinner as instructed by the label on the bottle. Too soon to say if I get a boost out of it , but seems ok

Slightly staining and smells like turmeric (which is a good sign) I don’t know if it’s working on my immune system yet but I sure hope they are doing something. I shall update on this in few months.

The only notable effects I can report from daily intake of turmeric etc. is that I can move with more agility than before; i.e. I don’t have to crab downstairs anymore! My wife and I take these supplements as part of our daily regime, but as with most things, we shop around for a budget friendly price providing the essential curcumin levels are good.
