The product seems to be fine no issues other than the fact that the tablets are in a bottle that could fit double the amount in them we are as responsible consumers supposed to be aware of the over use of plastics. I would say this is not environmentally friendly

Came quick, easy to swallow . Tiny little tablets .
Bought as I was told I would need extra vitamin B12 as I have just turned vegetarian.
Take 1 a day don’t feel any different .
So don’t know if that’s good or bad really !
