    Seems to be structured well however it’s 1 flaw as pictured is that it arrived with a barcode sticker on the front. After removing the sticker and trying to remove the sticky residue it ended up damaging the front logo hence the 3 stars. I would look elsewhere in future. Company should look to either remove the stickers completely from the design or have it in the bottom back corner where its out of the way and not an issue.

    This is a great addition for the workouts lets track everything and keeps you on track. Only down side not enough pages, so use a pencil to fill out, when full rub it all out and reuse simple
