I have tried many kinds of ginseng supplimnents but this one really works for us. I love to take to get more focused and to deal with long days. My partner works 12 hours night shifts and he switched energy drinks to this tablet.

Took about 4 weeks to really kick in, but now I can’t do without these tablets. Since taking them I have more energy, sleep better, I’m less stiff (I’m over 50yrs), and I have a general feeling of well being. They have definitely helped with perimenopause side effects. I take one tablet a day for 5 days and give it a 2 day break on weekends.
