I bought this after my optician reckoned i had blepharitis. Easy to use, comfortable to wear and seems to be helping my eye condition. I like that it works with a powerbank which means i can use it away from home (like when camping). The pad warms up quickly and is pleasant to wear – it drifts me off to sleep actually. There are 4 choices of heat and of duration.
The only downsides are that i have to pull it down on my nose to get the eye sockets covered, which makes breathing a little laboured. But that’s something ghat is determined by the shape of your face. A quiet “beep” to signal the end of the chosen time would have been helpful. But these are minor gripes, it’s good value for money.

Very helpful to get rid of chalazion. It doesn’t 100% sit tight, but I just apply a bit pressure on the area I want to be covered and then it’s fine. Super convenient for travel aswell. Best purchase ever, if you don’t want to constantly run to get more hot water for your flannel.

This was recommended by my optician to ease the discomfort of dry eye. I plug myself in for 30mins when I go to bed, with good effect. Unfortunately it is quite hard so doesn’t conform to the eye very well, also you are unable to wash the mask owing to the electric element. Most certainly helps my eyes though.

Good design and suits the purpose, but two weaknesses: 1) one of the light indicators doesn’t work; 2) you cannot wash it.

I suffered from tired eyes and soreness. This has completely changed all that. Product is easy to use, nice temperatures (I keep to the 2nd highest as highest is a bit too hot for me) and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Easy to use, it is not looking cheap tbh i tried a couple and I returned them. But i really like this. And it relieved my sinusitis .
