Worked very well & really helped my dry eyes. Big problem though, it stopped working after 9 months! It is now intermittent & I have to keep resetting it & the whole point of having a plug in one is so when I wake up I can turn it in & use it first thing . Gone from
being a godsend to a really annoying issue & now I’m going to order a different one. So gutted because it really did solve my dry eye issue when it worked.

I was really pleased with this product. For 2 months, my eyes benefitted from the heat. Then it just stopped working. The supplier picked up my comments from this review and contacted me and replaced the item. I now have a working eye mask.

I find it hard to sleep but if I use this it somehow soothes me to oblivion. Sssh, I shouldn’t say but I fall asleep with it on. Little worried that it could be a fire hazard as it’s a plug in USB but I often whip it off just before I’m gone.
It’s lightly lavender scented and easy to use. Nice heat, I like to push it closer to my shut eyes to, well, get some shut eye.
One of my random purchases on Amazon and happily, definitely a keeper! A real pleasant surprise.

I suffer from bletharitis. Was having problems but my microwaveable mask wasn’t helping. I bought this as going on holiday and thought I’d test it before I went. Immediately I felt a lot of relief from the pricking in my eyes. I use it on the highest setting. This stays hot whereas the microwaveable types start cooling quickly. I use it all the time and the difference it has made is incredible. Definitely recommend this. I also don’t find the lavender smell strong. Infact if it’s the smell you want I wouldn’t buy this, but for easing my dry eye condition, it has worked very well
