The Breathe Right Nasal Strips Original Large 30s are a great solution for those who suffer from nasal congestion and snoring. The strips are clinically proven to help reduce snoring, which is a big plus for my wife who has trouble sleeping due to my snoring. They are drug-free and easy to use, simply place on the nose before sleep.
The strips instantly relieve nasal congestion, allowing for easy breathing throughout the night. They are also comfortable to wear, with a flexible design that conforms to the shape of the nose. The pack comes with 30 strips, which is a good amount for regular use.
The only downside is the large strips are quite large, so they may not be suitable for everyone. They were a bit too big for my nose, which caused, falling off during the night.
But overall it is a good product that can be a solution for people who snore due to nasal congestion.

I recently tried Nasal Strips for the first time and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. These strips really do help with breathing, especially at night when I’m trying to sleep. My nose feels much clearer and more open after using them.
One thing I really appreciated is how well the strips stick to my face. They stay in place all night, which is really important because I can’t stand it when nasal strips fall off in the middle of the night.
The only downside is that they can be a bit painful to take off in the morning. They tend to pull at the skin a little, which can be uncomfortable. But overall, I’d definitely give these nasal strips a 4 out of 5 stars. They work well and do a good job of clearing up my nose, even if they can be a bit painful to remove.

I have chronic rhinosinusitus and a deviated septum and currently on a mega long NHS waiting list to see a consultant so in the meantime I decided to give these strips a try. I don’t sleep well my left nostril always bunged up and i wake up with banging headaches etc…These do amazingly seem to help me. My bunged up side seems slightly clearer and the good side much better too. I can’t say I’m 100% improved but I do get a better night’s sleep when using these…My only moan is the price . I can’t afford to use one every night. Im a woman and went for small to med size which are fine.

Breathe Right nasal strips are an excellent choice for those seeking improved sleep. The adhesive on the strips is strong and secure, staying in place throughout the night and ensuring you can breathe easily without any disturbance. The strips have also helped improve my sleep a lot and, most importantly, my wife’s sleep. I have tried several other nasal strips in the past, but Breathe Right strips have been by far the most effective in terms of adhesion and improvement to sleep. I would highly recommend these strips to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective solution for improved breathing and better sleep.

My partner said these strips have reduced my snoring massively. They open up my nose airways pretty well but sometimes are hard to get off in the morning as they are very sticky and sometimes can be painful. I lift up one side at a time to remove instead of just ripping them off. They will not stop snoring but will help in reducing it.

Have used these a couple of times. They do work. As soon as you put them on, you can feel your nasal passages opening and it becoming easier to breathe.
Those that complain that the adhesive is too strong, well yea, its designed to stay on your nose whilst you sleep. Also, they are easier to remove in the shower!
