There has been some positive change in my concentration and general wellbeing since starting to take these tablets. Also, distractions are not feeling as overwhelming as before.

Hunted everywhere for a decent cod liver oil capsule to take. Bought these and they are easy to swallow and good value

and the gelatine capsules are very easy to swallow. Only, small, criticism is that you can get a tiny fishy taste in the mouth before the capsule is swallowed. A more expensive competitive product I’ve tried doesn’t have this. Strange but certainly so minor as not worth paying more to avoid.

This item is advertised as 2000mg, but is ISN’T! Each capsule is 1000mg and the dosage suggested is 2 per day, thus making the DOSE 2000mg. This is very deceptive labelling.
The product if fine; I can’t fault it. But the labelling is very bad.
I will not be buying these again.
