Had knee pain for years. Consultant suggested I need a new knee. Colleague at gym recommended these capsules. After two weeks I have no pain, no stiffness and can walk and bike for miles whereas before could not walk or bike without pain. I take one capsule in morning and one at night.

so I haven’t tried the pills yet, but the package was dusty and dirty, ripped open , broken like someone has already tried to get inside and dropped it on the floor.

This is a great product. I regularly used it for more than 6 months. I could see great results. The only concern is the price- its bit expensive. So despite i like it i felt like i cannot afford it for forever.

The tablet is a nice size to swallow, hard to know how good the stuff is inside but I order them regularly.

I had very low levels of vitamin D and after a prescription strength supplement course I was advised to continue with some Cod Liver Oil. I found this product and I am extremely pleased with it as I prefer the capsules to the liquid. It is not cheap so in future I will be buying the larger bottle.
