Only had this for 8 days so difficult to rate fairly. Taking 3 a day with meals but have not noticed any improvement so far

I noticed this product has quite varied range of enzymes which is not in any other brands on amazon i searched for quite a lot of products before pressing the buy button on this and I am not regretting my decision at all. Also product quite clearly says these compounds are made out of plants so I think these gets absorbed by our body quite easily. One thing i noticed was the popular enzyme alpha galactosidase is 30 gaiu.. which in other popular brands is 300 gaiu (bean assist) who is specifically designed to digest brocoli and beans..I guess. This is full comprehensive combination of enzymes and it works well for myself who is looking to have them as a stay healthy supplement as oppose to cure any particular stomach condition…I am quite happy with the performance will get more once I run out

I suffer with IBS and get terrible stomach pain and bloating from most food which makes life very miserable. I’m always looking for anything that will help my symptoms and let me enjoy food without consequences. I’ve tried many things with limited results and obviously what works for one person won’t necessarily work for another. I came across this product by accident and digestive enzymes are new to me but make so much sense. So here I am trialling yet another product but I’m actually hopeful with this one. I have used them for just under 2 weeks and where as I’m still experiencing pain though it is much reduced and I am eating things that I know will cause pain so I’m cautiously optimistic! This is a gradual process and the more time taking this supplement hopefully results will get even better. I’m happy to keep buying this supplement it’s reasonably priced compared to others and fast delivery.

Really good enzymes. I am a long standing sufferer of IBS and have lots of FODMAP food intolerances as a result, and some foods (in moderation) are now back on the menu thanks to these.
I’ve tried a few different enzymes with varying success. (Solgar and lamberts didn’t really suit me, Rainbow light and/or Udo’s have been the best to date).
I haven’t needed to take more than 2 a day although you can take up to 6 a day. These have particularly helped me with pulses and beans, whereas I couldn’t tolerate them before.
I’ve seen such a definite improvement in my symptoms, so I’ve subscribed to get monthly.
Hope this review helps someone else decide whether to try them, I did on the off chance and it’s paid off big time.

This brand of enzymes are the only ones I go with now, highly recommend to anyone suffering from lactose intolerance and a sensitive stomach, very good indeed
