I find this solgar digestive enzyme tablet is one of the better products in the amount you have to take of these is less than other brands

I don’t know if they’re doing what they’re supposed to do to my digestive system, but damn they taste bad! Really bitter on the tongue. Next time will make sure to buy capsules.

I suffer from gastric problems. I was recommended to use Digestive Enzymes to help with digesting proteins. Whilst these are not as strong as some enzymes on sale, they offer superior capabilities. These are about half the strength of the brand I used to use, yet they stimulate gastric acids far better than any brand I have used in the past. I would caution the use of these tablets if you have any possibility of stomach ulcers. One tablet is enough for me and I think they are brilliant. I am happy to Highly Recommend them.
