Good one! Fat burn

I started using these last year to help give me a performance boost and to aim in weight lose. I could not be more happy as they hit the mark on both counts easily. I take 1 in the morning with my breakfast and then 2 about 30 mins before exercise to give me the boost I need.
I can honestly say that if I forget to take them before doing a hard bike ride, I do notice the difference. They give me the kick I need for sure.
Keep in mind, as a fat burner they will only work if you do some activity. Taking them and then sitting around watching TV, or going for a short won’t won’t cut it. I lost 20kg through exercise and these really helped me get there.

I personally felt very shacking when taking these tablets, irritated, a bit nervous and depressed-BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. For me I put it down to what’s in them.— (high caffeine is why) you can take 1-2 (twice a day) I would say only take 1 at a time, 2 is too much well for me (19 years old), I will I did stop taking these after not really seeing any results but then I’m not huge so I knew results would me small anyway and the way I felt put me off. other than that I would say give me them a try, they arrive super fast and you know they are safe/untouched as they come in a seel you have to snap off
