It’s early day though feeling positive, I tend to snack on & off in the day just because however even though it’s only been a couple of days I’ve noticed a change in my appetite (the first day) wanting to snack less and drink more. So far I’ve took them (1per day) about 10.30-11am after breakfast with some squash so taste wise I’m not sure yet. I don’t feel the need to eat anything till dinner (6pm ish).
They are a little big but if you’re used to tablets and have plenty of squash they’ll go down easy, delivery was super fast.
I can’t comment on the weight help/loss at this time due to being in the early stages of using this product however I will update my review when the time comes.
Gave it 4 stars mainly because I’ve just started may change to 5 on the edited review.

Burns it off slowly which is what I want

I can’t say I love it yet I haven’t been using it enough however, I can say that it works in conjunction with my gym workouts and its noticeable difference, helps burn belly fat I take it 30minutes before a 60 minute run and I was sweating like laundry that’s just been washed without a spin.
I use it every day once in the morning before breakfast and 30minutes before workout at the gym, when I’m not at the gym I take it straight before breakfast and one straight before lunch so the fat in food gets destroyed faster working with my metabolism as I get on with daily duties. I never take after 3pm anyway just in case as I really love sleep.
I personally think that it boosts my body’s natural fat burn and helps speed up the process I did not need 60minutes running with these capsules, Just 30min half the time for same results without it. So this means 60 minutes without the capsules say I burn 1200 calories with the capsules I sweat more in 30minutes and burn 1000 calories however I burn more fat in less time which means I get to bulk up more muscle and stay slim around the waist, useful in lifting weights too as I’m burning off excess fat without burning off muscle as long as I go hard in short periods of time. no more 60 minute runs to burn fat. I’m happy I skipped a star because I need more time using it every day at the gym.
I will edit my review as time passes to see what effects I gained over time.

I love this product. I have been taking them for a while now and they have helped me keep my weight down wether I am exercising or not. I take them daily in the morning. I have had no adverse reactions to them. I started taking them after I had my baby and had finished breastfeeding. I started to lose weight straight away, I was doing a lot of walking and yoga at the time as well. I’m not doing much exercise at the moment but these help me stay the same weight that I am comfortable at. Definitely 5/5

I have had to get a refund on this product because after day 1 I was getting strong head aches that pain killers were barely touching. I was also getting a regular urge to run to the toilet. I tried them for a few days to be sure I didn’t need to adjust and that it was definitely from them and 2 days after I stopped taking them I was absolutely fine. I weighed myself and I didn’t even lose any weight for my trouble (and yes I was eating healthy and exercising).

Honestly I don’t think it has made a difference, I got it mainly to help me keep into a routine and because I wanted to see if there would be a placebo effect, I am still losing weight at the same rate as before taking.
I do advise getting this if you are having trouble sticking to a diet as you are more likely to stick to it when you start spending money on it. As anyone else will tell you, if this product does work, it will not make a difference if you are not eating at a caloric deficit and exercising. To get started calculate your TDEE which is basically finding out how many calories you burn in a day (there are calculators online) and then eat 500-1000 calories less than that and try exercising. Only when you do this will any fat burners have a chance at assisting you.

Back In September I decided to make a few changes, do detox for a month and lose a bit of weight. My lifestyle is reasonably active so I don’t really exercise as such. I don’t drive so I walk everywhere. I normally take one of these tablets as soon as I get up in the morning and on occasion I will take a second before 3PM.
On September the 12th when I started detox and started taking these I weighed 95.5 Kilos, I maintained detox for 5 weeks. On the 24th of December I weighed 78.9 kilos so in just over three months I have lost 16.5 kilos. So in old money I have lost about 2 and a half stone.
My diet has barely changed apart from having reduced my alcohol intake and I am drinking much less coffee, maybe 1 a week and I drink herbal tea instead.
In cutting out the coffee I have reduced my sugar intake as something that’s added to nothing. If I require a sweetener with herbal tea I have a small amount of honey.
I can’t say that this will work for everyone as this wasn’t a scientific study, but it certainly appears to have worked for me and I’ll continue to use this product until I have lost about 3 more kilos. As with any product like this if you have other health concerns it would be wise to consult a doctor prior to taking it and it shouldn’t be looked upon as a quick fix, it should be used in conjunction with diet and lifestyle changes. My diet is pretty good and as I said my lifestyle is pretty active so I didn’t have to do a lot.
