My partner is taking this pre-workout and so far he is finding his energy boosted a little. He usually uses creatine, but it’s too early to tell which is better performance-wise.
It is advised to take two capsules a day, which means they will last for two months. This isn’t bad for the price. The capsules are larger than average.
They are made from natural ingredients without the use of GMOs or adding preservatives, which is great.
Overall, they are good for a pre-workout to boost energy and improve stamina.

I am not good at swallowing tablets but laughed when I saw these …. Hoping to lose weight, but obviously too early. Arrived quickly, and impressed with company.

I only took these for a short time so i haven’t noticed much difference however i can comment on the very large pill size being quite difficult to swallow sometimes, so if you have trouble swallowing pills i would recommend getting different ones or taking the powder from the pill and putting it into something 🙂

I selected these capsules to help my body as I age. Any extra help without going daft should be beneficial. Lots of essentials are reduced in production by the body as we age. I tried to assess my health and purchase appropriate supplements. If you eat a balanced, healthy diet, you can assess what you might not be getting enough of in your food. If you can get that far you could then try to identify foods that can make up the shortfall…natural is best.

While these capsules are a large size, I find I can swallow two together quite easily with plenty of fluid. I like that they contain no unnecessary ingredients, like binders and fillers, have no allergens or GMOs. My primary reason for supplementing with these is to make up a stack that address a specific health issue not directly covered by the product description but they seem to do the trick for me. With regard to this product alone, I did notice more energy and stamina to do a 12 hour shift of physical work four days a week and an increase in muscle mass and definition with some fat loss. For a chap in his sixties who does no exercise outside of work, that’s a worthwhile and welcome result. I’ve already bought these a few times and will continue to order while available.
