I was impressed with the speed of delivery, and the overall look of the product and packaging, but when it comes to taking the supplement, more often than not it gets stuck at the back of my throat. I’m accustomed to taking supplements without issue which is why i think there is room for a coating or something on these as at present they just seem to stick to the back of your tongue/throat lining. I’ve tried breaking in half but also struggle. I’m taking a course of a hair and nails supplement alongside, that is easily twice the size though capsule shape, and never struggle to swallow on the first attempt.

These seem to be working ive started losing weight a week after taking them. Can certainly taste the green tea as soon as you put it in your mouth, but never have i ever encountered such a hard tablet to swallow. As soon is its in your mouth it starts dissolving and even with water it gets stuck at the back of your throat. Far to powdery and really needs a coating. Tried putting in food but still cant get it down it just gets stuck and makes me gag. Will look for something better next time.
