Large capsules a bit of a mouthful. Not noticed any difference.

Been taking these for a couple of weeks now I have seen an improvement with my tiredness and have had more energy I take one first thing in the morning with water
They are easy on my stomach and doesn’t affect my IBS

I used to have filled caplets with little beads in, these are far better, they are easy to swallow and don’t make me feel sick if I forget to.eat something.

Absolutely brilliant, they have worked wonders for me, I should be on lifetime iron tablets, unfortunately the ones I get from my doctor never agree with my stomach. But these have been fantastic, no upset or changes to my digestive system! I have had huge energy level boost from as little as 3 days after starting them.
