For medical reasons especially with being vegan, it’s really important for me to keep up with vitamins etc. Other vegan multivitamins I’ve tried in pill form are huge and taste awful so never took them. I got these gummies because they’re much easier than a big pill and they taste so good that I never forget a day of my vitamins!
Been using them for about a year now I believe. There was recently a re-packaging/maybe new recipe too because I don’t remember them having Folic Acid before which is awesome to have now but anyways they’re great and I think the new ones taste even better! They are a little bit expensive but worth it for me to actually keep healthy.

It has a nice taste and it’s easy to chew but there are better multivitamins out there. I think I’ll just stick to Centrum multivitamins.
