My experience with Centrum Advance Multivitamin & Mineral Tablets has been mixed. While they offer a variety of nutrients, I didn’t notice any significant difference in my energy levels or overall well-being. Additionally, the tablets are quite large and can be difficult to swallow. I’ve been taking them for 6 months plus so I would expect to see some benefits.

Can’t say if helping as would need blood test to confirm. Based on the vitamins is gives you a good all round multi vitamin.

So these made my heart feel weird after I started taking them. May be too much calcium or potassium in it for me. That’s One thing to consider when buying this.

I have been using these for a couple of months now sometimes i forget to eat them with meal, and i end up eating it late so it gives me a very bad heart burn.

Make sure everything you want from the product is included, the contents are considerable and I would say I couldn’t find it lacking at all, tablet quite large but manageable. Supplier in Ireland so not to far to come for the UK
