In all honesty I am generally sceptical about generic supplements. However in this instance I have found that a dose of 3 tablets a day has made me feel slightly more clear minded and alert. This could well be a placebo effect in operation but regardless there has been a positive change. Because of this I have ordered my second batch. I hope the positive effects continue.
For some the size of the tablets might be a little on the large size (I have provided a pic in my palm for size reference). I haven’t struggled with them to be honest. I take all 3 at once.

I have been taking these for over 2 weeks..
Increased Energy
– Have noticed a good increase in energy throughout the day since taking these
Consumption
– Remembering to take x3 a day can be a challenge but is okay once in a routine
Taste and Smell
– Taste and smell isn’t great
Size
– They’re large so could be difficult for some to consume
Sleep and Waking Up
– One thing I didn’t expect these to do was improve my sleep which they seem to have done (I’ve never struggled with sleep but feel I have better sleeps since taking).
– Waking up earlier doesn’t seem anywhere near as difficult as it was before I started taking these which helps you get motivated to get the gym.
Price
– If you can get past the taste, smell and size and focus on the benefits, worth every penny.

Such important take all vitamins per day, and be honest we can’t do it from food. Time/money etc. it’s nice side vitamins
