Still the same great taste and easy to mix experience (don’t need a shaker) that I remember from many, many years back. Price is better on Amazon than from the ON store itself and it’s well worth it.

Used to take protein shake about 10 years ago and really struggled to take them day after day.
But started again recently and wow have they improved. The ice cream vanilla flavour is delicious and would go as far as saying I actually enjoy it! Powder dissolves very easily too. Will be purchasing again and again.

The low calorie count, absence of junk, and high protein content per serving make this a winner for me. There are less expensive options if you’re into bulking to cut later and not too concerned about the calorie quality, but if you’re in maintenance or taking a lean gains approach, this is hard to beat really. It just affords you more control and options with foods, while having the helpful bump with the protein targets with this protein powder. Not as tasty as some (chocolate), but doesn’t taste bad by any means. It’s nice. I rate this very good. I trust the claimed protein concentration. My muscle gains are consistent to previous brands I’ve enjoyed, just without the waistline expansion. For all the reasons I’ve written about, I think yeah, it earns its gold standard name for my needs. Nice work ON. Very nice.

Had this for 15years. God knows if they actually do much let’s be honest however I can promise these protein powders stop the doms and aching torn muscles after the gym or a workout. If you are new to exercise these are a great way or drinking with milk or water after a workout or cardio session or just a meal replacement. This particular brand I always stick with because I trust it has natural as natural can be products and I never have been ill from them in all this time. You pay for what you get, so don’t put cheap products in your body I’d say. The banana flavour and cookie and cream are my fave
