I chose a pre 1pm delivery as i am old and disabled and couldnt get out before i ran out however it arrived at 7.00pm bearing in mind i had had an earlier delivery in the afternoon – i will say the product is very good and helps my issues well – my go to item for issues especially this time of year with the pollen being so high in my area

I found this not quite as good as Vicks Sinex, its more of a liquid than a mist and feels heavier in the nose and more prone to running out of nostrils. I bought because Sinex was out of stock, but would not buy again.
