Notice the difference after a few days but not enough tablets for the price

These Phizz Good Guts tablets come nicely packaged in a blue/white labelled bottle with product information included.
I have been recommended to try a probiotic to see if it helps with occasional bouts of acid reflux as apparently it can be caused by a bacterial imbalance. This monthly supply of probiotics is a great place to start and see if they make any difference.
I like the fact that these tablets are vegan and relatively easy to swallow.
Some online information suggests taking a probiotic with 6 strains of good bacteria is enough whereas this type contains 12. I’m not sure why that would be a bad thing and the type included are the type that good probiotics are supposed to contain (lactobacillus and bifidobacterium). These tablets also contain Vitamin D and Selenium which help support the immune system especially during this time of year of decreased daylight.
So far, so good. No return of the acid reflux yet and my stomach is feeling quite settled and not acidy as is sometimes the case. The added Vitamin D and Selenium also cuts down the quantity of tablets that I usually take which makes breakfast a more pleasant experience.

I’ve been taking these Phizz Good Guts for a couple of weeks now. I can happily report that they are rather effective. I’ve been able to eat foods that usually give me some form of stomach issue with far less intense issues and sometimes none at all. They don’t cause any unwanted side effects and my stools are fine. Easy to swallow with no after taste too. A bit pricey, compared with some similar products, at just under £25 for the thirty capsules. But unlike “some” of those cheaper products these are effective.

I’ve been using these for about 10 days, & I must say, they do seem to help wirh my tummy problems, I don’t seem to have many pains in my tummy only the odd one or two, I don’t seem to have so much wind either, & I’m going to the toilet more normally now to. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this continues, I’ve have recommended them to my Grandaughter, as she hase similar problems. I will deffinatly be buying some more. Loads of these types of thing are available and some of them seem to attract a higher cost, such as these, £24.99 for a 1 month supply. 10 billion CFU and 12 strains is a good count but far from unique.
There is a good mix of strains but they are just so expensive, I really can’t see from the ingredients how the price is justified vs other similar items that come in half this price.
If you don’t care about price, there is nothing wrong with these but for me personally I’ll be getting the far cheaper items with the same ingredients.

As we know 95% of Serotonin is produced in the gut, this is the ‘feel good’ hormone of happiness. Therefore it’s vital we take care of our gut health.
These are good tablets to help with this.
They’re a bit big but ok once swallowed. You may want to find smaller tablets if you have trouble swallowing big tablets.
Otherwise good quality for the money and recommended. Hope this review was helpful, thanks for reading it!

A nutritionist suggested that I should start taking a probiotic recently – I decided to try these as I love the Phizz multivitamin/rehydration tabs. As someone who suffers from IBS (constipation), I can say these probiotics are fantastic! I have been taking one capsule daily since they arrived and noticed more regular bowel movements. Also noticed big improvements with gas/bloating.
I like that they have the added benefit of vitamin D & selenium so I don’t need to take these separately.
