So I’ve been using this for 3 weeks….so far no side effects until into the third week, stomach has been cramping ridiculously and have fever like symptoms…..I do not think this is die off symptoms so I’ve had to stop this! In 3 weeks I’ve used this stool has been better like I’ve been using probiotics but it had made me very constipated! also alot of gas and bloating. I won’t be using this again as found it way too uncomfortable

Been trying to fix leaky gut / microbiome with probiotics, glutamine and other supplements. Nothing worked for 6 months…

I got this because i read someone’s post about how much it helped them with their skin rash by supporting their gut and I got it. It just tastes like water and I’m not sure I can feel any difference so maybe my issues are not gut related and That’s why i don’t feel any difference!

Strong taste of plastic. Strange decision to have a gut health product in a plastic bottle. Every time I have it I can taste plastic.

I ordered this product after having been muscle tested for it during a Systematic Kinesiology appointment in order to treat my leaky gut. I was recommended by the SK practitioner to take a much higher dosage due to my body’s strong response towards it. Despite what it advises on the label, I was taking 10ml 5 times a day.
I had also suffered food intolerances, extreme abdominal weakness, bloatedness, brain fog, emotional turbulence amongst other symptoms such as a recurring sinus infection for months straight which kept me jolting up out of my sleep every night from not being able to breathe!
2 weeks later (as well as eating a mostly strict GAPS diet), I can attest that the symptoms listed above have subsided greatly. I still have the reoccurring sinusitis but I am actually able to sleep at night without the trauma of bolting up every couple of hours. I also had the valve between my small and large intestines unblocked during the SK session which would have contributed to this also.
With this productI have definitely not needed to take extra probiotic supplements of digestive enzymes as I was doing before. Have tried lots of other products before throughout about 8 years of IBS/Leaky gut and nothing has worked this quickly, and without any undesired bulking agents, preservatives or other nasties.
So happy I went in for that appointment! Will keep taking this product for as long as I’m advised to and will definitely recommend 👍🏽

I had a painful stomach for 3 years after breaking my ankle and going heavy on Ibuprofen. Doctors thought it could be and ulcer but they were not sure. I started to take Ion Gut after a long time of misery, trying numerous natural products plus eating a good healthy diet. This is the only thing that has worked for me. It was also hard for me to go to toilet at night and all this has stopped. I highly recommend giving this a try if your digestion is difficult and your stomach is not happy.

It’s helped me get rid of a problem I had with
h pylori stomach bug. The doctor (nurse actually as the doctors are to busy) wanted to ply me with tablets. Did some research into gut health came across this on podcast after listening to Zach Bush. starting taking it and never felt better. Stomach problem cleared up and general/mental health better. Combining it with getting outside reconnecting with nature, breathing better. Thanks for this Zach you’ve changed a life. I’m now looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle, already enjoyed growing my own food on allotment and now fermenting and storing healthy gut foods.
