I have been suffering from GERD and indigestion for more than a decade (the latter exacerbated following a cholecystectomy) and must have tried a ton of digestion-related supplements by now. I am thus a bit skeptical when trying out new stuff, since generally the effect is minimal or negligible. This formula however does work – unexpectedly – for both GERD and indigestion! The symptoms are greatly reduced, even when I’m crazy enough to have a bigger meal late in the evening – instances when I usually would get severe and painful reflux and indigestion. Incredibly, these tablets alleviate the symptoms where many other remedies barely have any effect. The combination of ingredients in this formula is truly unique and inspired – kudos to the team behind the development of this supplement. Another instance when a family-owned smaller business beats the big corporations when it comes to quality and creativity. Well done! And very highly recommended!

I was recently diagnosed with acid reflux (indigestion to lay people) and prescribed medication with side effects that included headaches and constipation along with a myriad of other things. After a week of taking the tablets I realized I was also taking paracetamol and nurofen for headaches culminating in a migraine one day and the occasional dulcolax and so, decided to try the herbal/hollistic cure. I take 3 of ”Gut Heath” a day, a glass of pineapple juice to wash my morning medication down and half a banana added to my breakfast cereal. So far so good, I’m clear of indigestion and the other symptoms as well, thank you very much.

I’ve been taking this product for around 4 months now and can honestly say it has transformed my life. After a bout of food poisoning in 2019 my gut had not been right and I suffered terribly with IBS and what I now know were the symptoms of leaky gut syndrome. I did a lot of research on the best way to help myself – from the best food, and supplements, if any. Intolerance testing showed I should avoid gluten and lactose so I reduced my intake of both dramatically but it was not until I introduced these supplements also that I started to see a change. They provide the right balance of prebiotics and probiotics as well as other supplements to aid absorption of both and resolve leaky gut issues. Just taking probiotics alone is not the answer as the amount and balance has to be right for them to be effective. I highly recommend this product if you have ongoing IBS issues as they will only help enormously.
