I was having some trouble with my digestive system; it seemed very unsettled. I took a course of probio7 , first the high strength followed by the green and after a couple of months, my system appears much calmer. I will continue to take a single daily capsule.

I have had undiagnosed IBS for years, but the symptoms were undoubtedly caused by IBS and have been effecting me for many years.
After seeing other reviews I gave these tablets a go. I had nothing to lose.
From the first tablet I took, there was an immediate difference. All my symptoms disappeared pretty much instantly. I have found that taking 1 every 2 or 3 days is enough to keep my gut healthy. I could not recommend these enough and I wish I had found them years ago.

I have been taking these probiotics for quite some years now and although I believe in the theory behind taking them I don’t really see any results. Maybe because I’ ve taken them for so long and so feel ok with them. I have Ceoliac Disease and Colitus which are both re-occuring illnesses with no chance of going away. These probiotics put my mind at rest that at least I am giving my gut some help to be healthy. Id appreciate any advise available.

Me and my husband have been taking these for over 6 months now and are both happy to continue with them no more bloating even after meals etc and generally feeling better on them,I originally started with them as i take medication which side effects are constipation bloating wind etc i did take senna etc for this but with continued use i had side effects so i tried these which are really good and have got rid of all symptoms by 90% with no side effects did take the odd senna every few wks as needed that extra help,my husband doesn’t suffer with constipation but feels they have made him more regular,we are able to take them on holiday abroad which apparently help with any upset stomachs and we didnt experience any and i also had to take 3wks of antibiotics which can cause upset stomach which i didnt experience so maybe they do help with both of these as well,the list goes on what they apparently can help with, i did read helps eczema which i have a mild form of and only recently noticed ive not been experiencing it flaring up but ive been on these capsules over 6 months,i take 2 capsules a day my husband 1,overall we are very happy with them and they are the same as whats in boots and superdrug they do 3 for 2 on packs of 40 but feel these are slightly a better deal and delivered straigtht to your door

I have been unable to tolerate any milk products (cow,goat,sheep etc) for over 30 years, experiencing various ibs and other allergic type symptoms over the years, not life threatening, but uncomfortable and limiting. I read an article about probiotics helping to cure allergies so 6 months ago I started using these daily, just one per day and didn’t think too much about it after that. What I didn’t realise over these months (because I had cut out dairy products long ago) is that my intolerance had gone and whereas even a small piece of cheese or milk contained in a biscuit would affect me within 24hours, I am now able to eat cheese, ice cream, butter and for the first time in years don’t have to scan the ingredients of everything I buy to check for hidden dairy products. I’m guessing that the probiotics have healed my leaky gut syndrome which is apparantly often the cause of food intolerance. I don’t know, but all I can say is that these worked a miracle in my life, and if you knew me you would know the extent I’ve have to go to ensure I dont have dairy for the past 30 years! Its early days, one month, but my fingers are crossed! I’m not sure whether I need to continue with the probiotics indefinitely….maybe someone can enlighten me.
