I like SIS hydrating tablets, but I wasn’t as keen on the flavour. The orange had a very chemical taste. Much prefer the lemon tablets.

I looked everywhere for dissolving vitamin c tablets because I usually buy them every 2 weeks but since this pandemic I couldn’t find them anywhere … so I thought let me check amazon and luckily enough they delivered mine next day delivery which is always a big plus as I’m very busy at work and need this to help me through the day …
Taste I give 10 out of 10
And u can just put it in water and use it within 24 hours which is a good thing …..

These were a godsend when at Glastonbury, just popped one into our water bottles and were hangover free in the morning. Great price and the flavour wasn’t bad either.

This product is a lot cheaper on amazon than it is in the shops, so I prefer to order it here.
I don’t use it for working out, I just take it to remain hydrated and to give my immunity an extra boost. I feel that the product works really well, as I always feel great after drinking it. I feel energised, hydrated and if I’ve got a cold or hay-fever, I find that the symptoms don’t feel as bad.
The flavour isn’t my favourite though – I feel that you can really taste the sucralose sweeteners and if it’s not drunk fast enough it will go pretty flat.
It’s a good drink all in all, but I wish they’d improve the flavour and stop using sweeteners, it’s the only thing that puts me off. I think most drinks like this use the same ingredients though so there’s not much that can be done about the taste or the sweeteners, that’s just my own preference.

Loses it’s flavour very quickly, no idea how or why, okay on first mix with water before use.. gels are excellent
