Purchased this as my sinuses were driving me mad, this stuff really works!
Easier to use than I imagined, and I had never used anything like this before but was in such torment with my sinuses, this stuff was a Godsend.
You can faintly taste the sea salt but its not unpleasant. It does the job its designed to do.
I recommend this to anyone suffering with sinuses.

So i used this after having flu/cold symptoms for 2 days and first off i would say the claim its a decongestant is not so accurate in the sense it more dissolves built up mucus rather than opening the nasal passage so if you want to open a swollen nasal passage in my experience it didn’t do that it did however dissolve the built up mucus in my upper nasal passage, I liked the kind of sea side smell when applying and it didn’t give me that nasty chemical taste other nasal sprays give, Cant say for sure if it stopped the cold/flu but i did get better the next day an fully recovered 2 days after first use, So if you want a more natural remedy then give it a try but i did use it in conjunction with a well known nasal decongestant.

I use this spray every time a cold starts to raise its ugly head… and it always seems to keep it away. I am unable to use other generic sprays as their contents contradict meds I’m on. This spray is totally free of any additives and is safe for most people to take.

Would recommend this product. I have Ed used several sterimar products and this is great to use when you feel a cold coming. Acts quick. The whole family have used this and I think it helps fight a full in cold/ sinus infection. Use as recommended.

Ingredients are cleaner and more natural but it did not work as well as other nasal sprays i have used in the past i personally recommend xclear rescue.

I have had chronic sinusitis for 5 years after contracting a very nasty virus on top of already existing allergic rhinitis (grass pollen, dust, dust mites). As a result, I had frequent lengthy bouts of not being able to taste or smell (months at a time with occasional relief for a day or two). As a ‘sensualist’ and a great lover of good food, wine, fresh air, summer streets being hosed down etc, this became very depressing at times. I had literally tried everything to get my sense of smell and taste back – including being under the care of NHS ENT dept for several years.
This product has been life changing. Within 4 days of regular use, my sense of smell and taste returned – and crucially throughout the entire day and so far for nearly 4 weeks without any change. This is the first the first time this has happened in 5 years. I am so grateful – losing a sense is terrible thing. To have it return is a godsend. Thank you Sterimar!
