Bought this to add to my porridge and smoothies, to add flavour to my plain protein powder. Must admit, it’s not the tastiest of powder, I expected a much fruitier berry burst of flavour. I’m not sure if I’d buy it again as it hasn’t really fulfilled the purpose for buying it.

Easy to take and well packaged.
Love the fact they are from whole foods and not synthetic which our bodies don’t recognise. Only been taking them for a month so too early to see any results. However i will definitely re-order

Its very hard to ensure that we consume enough of goodness from our foods that we consume, this goes without saying even to very healthy individuals. Having something like that at hand, ensures that we add many vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. I always add this to protein or just simple juicy shakes, porridge, home made ice cream, I even tried adding it to home baked cookie receipt etc

Doesn’t mix well in liquid tried adding to a herbal tea to boost the flavor, but it goes really well in yogurt as a dessert or as a smoothie

I love smoothies and these are great lis a very small pouch but ….u only need a teaspoon so lasts aggges
I put a Twas soon in with chai seeds and frozen or fresh fruit .
All I can taste is the fruit and no strange powdery taste or smell

I don’t really like powder mixed in with thing but this is tolerable. It doesn’t mix very well especially with water as it all clumps together and there’s lots of residue at the bottom but I tried this with milk today and it’s so much better. Still doesn’t mix very well but tastes better and easier to go down without feeling as many bits stuck in your mouth and throat. I can see it being really nice as a smoothie but with water is a no go.
